Ending Thoughts and Sources
The 100 Mile diet originally began as an experiement by two Canadians who hypothesized whether or not people could live off local food or in this case food within a 100 mile radius of their dinner table. This movement began small but now it has become a huge phenomenon all over the world as people adopt this new way of life. By adopting this lifestyle you are helping create a better world for those who live in it because local food doesn't require long distance transport to bring it to you which eliminates CO2 emission and the other toxic pollutants affecting our nature as well as us. Local food helps us become more healthier as it will help us lose weight, get more nutrients but also become aware of the many different foods you can locally get. Began by starting small. Eliminate a few products at a time that require lots of transport to allow you to have it because by doing a small thing like this the outcome will reap the tremendous effects. Now, it's up to you on how you'd like to live your life. I hope after reading the information I've presented you've become inspired to either begin this diet or at least began some aspects of it so that our world can begin its long road to recovery.
